So far it appears that we are not getting much info from the fall practice.
Over these past many years we would get an injury report.
These injuries really hurt our teams performance.
IMO we need to have a healthy team if we are going to have a winning season.
Does anyone have any info as to where injuries by team are made public?

I’m very much considering driving down to the scrimmage on Thursday to check out the team. Hopefully they are staying relatively healthy.

Media is only allowed to attend Thurday pratice each week and can conduct interview at the end of practice.
Each of the major news sources that covers Ohio has stories up on their websites but none of them go into much deteil on injuries.

So I couldn’t attend because they placed a scrimmage on a Thursday? How fan friendly. Thanks for saving me the trip.

There will be a Bobcat Club event in connection with a practice (scrimmage?) at Peden starting at 9:30 AM on Saturday. It's open to season ticket holders and BC members with some perks for members in the Endzone Club.
Peden Palooza is the event name.

The inevitable topic we all hate. Praying for less season ending injuries this year.

Be happy to do that. How will I recognize you, though?

Looks like we are already have 2 starters out, 1 for the season, 1 out for a while.
The RB position is very concerning and now we have some inexperienced players to get PT. Concerning, very concerning.

I feel much better about our O-Line depth vs our inexperienced RBs. Hoping we can get something out of Julian Ross as a change of pace for Bangura.

What about the Ball State transfer? Could we move Quintell Quinn back to RB? Just remember, many people did not know who AJ Ouelette was until after the Kent game his freshman year!

After Bangura and Ross listed on the depth chart are redshirt freshman Nolan McCormick and then redshirt sophomore Tyler Toledo. Neither have ever played in a game.

The only game injury I saw from yesterday is Julian Ross.
Did anyone else see any others?

You just hate to see that. He worked hard, and committed to a sixth year, then on his very first carry, a freak hit on a tackle and he lands on his foot wrong, and he has a major injury. Sometimes life just isn't fair. I with him well, and hope he can recover and play again later this year, and if not, he can take advantage of the educational opportunities in this extra year in college to be a success in life.

Good preliminary news on Ross. X-Rays were negative, Albin thought he might be back by MAC play. Need to keep Bangura in protective bubble wrap until game days.

Sounds like 2 good options to me. Those moves better be made quickly or it could get ugly with another injury at that position.
