2.  Having your kicker as your best players.  Don't know about that one.

Never underestimate a good kicker. (see: Difference in 05 season vs 06 season)

That being said - I'm not thrilled that the punter is considered the 5th best...

I have played them several times, and the players run the offense great. The slants and inside routes are terrific, but the deep ball is a hard tough thing for us to do in the game. The Defense on the other hand is better than great, Noah Keller is great and the secondary is shut down.
