If they'd had gone to Louisville, Papa John's would have probably given them all the pizza, gin and weed they so desired.

Caught on video, evidence strewn about their room, they hung out in the area afterward.  Probably very few students on campus at this time and these probably look quite athletic, so readily identifiable as footballers--not exactly diffificult to ID these guys.

stupd cow, indeed.

I'm happy that the new Marshall coach, Doc as he's called, lowered the boom so quickly on these thugs. His big mistake was revealed in the following quote from the article:

"Pickett was one of the more high-profile recruits since he originally had given a verbal commitment to West Virginia University. But Holliday was able to get him to renege and eventually sign with Marshall.'

What's he thinking signing someone who had been a University of Southern Pennsylvania (aka WVU) recruit?  Anyone who'd go to Morganhole is not fit to set foot on the Marshall campus!

OK, all sarcasm aside, I think this is a good move on Doc's part and as one of the posters on the Herald-Dispatch site said (paraphrased), "This will send a message to the other felons on our team."  I hope that the "other potential felons" on Ohio's team are also getting a similar message, and, unfortunately, we have had some felons of our own in recent years.  And, also unfortunately, at times our hammer of justice has not come down as quickly as that wield by the new Marshall coach.  This incident, I will admit, was worse than any of our players transgressions that I can remember, with one possible exception that I don't know all of the details about.

OK, in case you've all forgotten, Marshall is my second favorite college football team.  Sorry, Monroe, we can't agree on this one!

These guys have been on campus just a few weeks. Sad if all of the allegations are true. Actually I would like to see the Marshall team be a worthy competitor for the Cats. We play them home and home through 2015 . It is an opportunity to renew the rivalry against a quality opponent.

You're all missing the biggest crime of the entire event.  Someone actually possessed not 1, not 2, but 3 Florida Marlins hats!!
