02 National Championship (even though the game was held in 2003, the result was a National Championship in the 02 Season.

The font is not correct to be an Ohio Athletics logo.

It was the 2002 season that culiminated with the Fiesta Bowl (in January 2003).

JCW, I missed that on the first look!  Someone forgot how to spell "STATE"!

What's really funny is that Buckeye and Hurricane fans don't know there's a difference between Ohio and Ohio State. They think they are one and the same.  I meet people like this on a daily basis.  There is no use in trying to correct them. Ignorance is bliss.

Who is going to buy this shirt? This premise is strangely assuming that anyone who was a fan of Miami in 2002 is still a fan of Miami.

Those people have already been a fan of three different teams since then...and they just traded in their USC jerseys for a Mark Ingram jersey in February.

ohio state has been abusing that in recent years on their merchandise and I'd like to see better enforcement.

dumb. people should be paid to wear a shirt like this.

dont think it goes against licensing since they are not using the official arched OHIO and since Ohio, in general, is a state it'd be a tough argument.

I was saving this for late Saturday night, because I don't like to look ahead, but since it has come up, it's not a jinx....

At halftime of the osu/Marshall game, the osu band spelled "OHIO". Not script Ohio. Block, all caps OHIO. Pretty sure that's not legal.

I haven't decided whether the appropriate response is for the 110 to do Script Ohio, or, as mf279801 suggested to me, a Script "F___ You!" They can dot the i, we can dot the exclamation point.

...or perhaps the 110 announcer could say, "We wish to celebrate the National Champions" and the band breaks into Sweet Home Alabama!

I know there was a guy in legal services that loved to focus on this before, but I believe he retired in the past few years.
