Ohiio stayed close to last week in cbs power poll at 69, even well ahead of Toledo. A big surprise there.   Took a  near 50 place drop in USA Today Sagarin to 113  and dipped only four spots to 94 in the Fox-Scout CFN ratings.  It could have been worse.  Lots to gain if  Cats have a decent showing at OSU.
