I almost would rather not know. We do know the following thanks to Brian Boesch's twitter:
  1. Phil bates is practicing. Working after practice now. Still has a cast on his left, non-throwing hand. Still no word on starting qb
  2. Noah keller told the media today that he fully expects to play this saturday. Said he won't practice but his status sat. is mostly up to him
And according to Jason Arkley's twitter:
"HC F. Solich also said DBs G. Moore (foot) and I. Braithwaite (concussion) will both miss the Buckeyes game."

Huynh and Steven Jackson Questionable.

A better question:  Who is likely to step up off from the bench and get some playing time this Saturday?

Thanks Buster!

I agree but the curiosity was killing me.  I keep saying I'll never cave in to Twitter but this kind of information might draw me to the dark side.

Just realized it's actually Wednesday...See what a mess I am?

That's a lot of safeties on that list.  Jackson, Moore and Braithwaite.  Hopefully Jackson can play.  After Fletcher and Moore, it's probably reasonable to think Dawson will continue to see time.  I'd say Xavier Hughes is the next one of the bench.  Then maybe Culver and Timson.  This is all guesswork, and probably not very good considering on which safety spot needs someone to step in.

I'm not so sure about the defensive tackles.  Missing Neal would put the strain on Ernie, Marcellis, and Carl Jones.  Would Jeff King be next to fill in?  Nic Barber?

I realize that this is focused on Ohio injuries, but OSU's starting safety, CJ Barnett, is out for the season.  He was a new starter this season, so now OSU must replace that spot again. Maybe Ohio can find a hole there.

AJ Oxley is somehow still on the team. Suit him up!
