When Eastern broke that long run on one of their first plays in the 2nd half... Looked like an easy touchdown (after another missed tackle in the backfield). Who ran the guy down? That was my play of the game. Eastern ended up with no points on that series and we proceeded to run off 20 straight.

I pretty sure it was Posey who ran him down.

Agreed. I think on the next play Gatling got a sack and EMU didn't score. IF this season turns around, that play could be similar to Kenny Jackson's INT vs. North Texas last year.

Couldn't get the video but on the audiocast Russ said something like 'and he's gone.' Then he mentioned Posey was chasing. I presumed it was six and was sorta confused when Russ announced the next play being EMU lining up at our 24.
It was, indeed, a huge effort play.

Tip to Russ, enough with the "Millionth" references. Just saying.

It was Posey, and man he was a
lot
faster than the kid he was chasing.

I would nominate the block by Jordan Thompson on #43 in the third quarter. He leveled that guy. He put him on his back, drove him through the turf. The guys helmet was on sideways when he got up. We scored on the end around on that play. Fired up our sidelines something fierce!
