I've been saying this for a few weeks now. IF he can get consistent he's going pro. Some of the kicks he makes are incredible. With another year to get better there shoul be some big things from him Plus he's a pretty decent Athlete too.

IMO a big part of the consistency is the rugby style punt. I understand that at the right spot on the field, and 5 or less yards to go it lends itself to fakes for a firstdown run, but when that doesn't happen - the punts aren't very good.

Yesterday's punts were nothing short of amazing.

He's hit some absolute bombs the last couple of weeks. Two of the kicks yesterday -- based on their height -- reminded me of what Dave Zastudil used to do when wearing the green and white. And, that can get an opportunity at the next level.

Good point about the athleticism, too. I had forgotten that he spent some time with the receiving corps. I look foward to seeing Paul continue to work at his craft.

One of my pre game rituals is to watch Hershey punt. He routinely hits 50-60 yards with amazing height. It was great to see him do so well yesterday and to listen to the aahs from the crowd. Great stuff!

It's great to start seeing the booming punts during the game. The entire kicking game looks awesome!  How about the height and length of the kick offs? I liked that alot. And of course Weller is nails on PATs and FGs.  BG sure did a nice job coming off the edge on PATs. I thought that they might eventually block one with that quickness.

They sure did; I gave out a sigh of relief every time we slipped one by, I thought surely they'd get to one sooner or later.  Thankfully, they never did!

72 yards, officially, on that punt.  Wow.

Not quite the whole time, but it definitely landed within the 10 yard line and rolled out the back of the endzone. If you watch the video, it appears that the ball leaves his foot when he's standing near  the 16 or 17 yard line. Still, 73 yards at minimum in the air is impressive.

More importantly, it's the longest punt in team history.
