Crazy that the MAC rescheduled this game to give Buffalo a chance at being bowl eligible and they seem uninterested.

Good for the conference moneywise because they'll one more bowl payout. Maybe bad because Buffalo didn't look like a team that'll win a bowl game.
Akron may have a QB battle next season. Irons was respectable -- 67% completions, 2605 yds, so-so TD/INT ratio (10/7). Undercuffler's last two games he had 63% completions, 559 yds, so-so TD/INT ratio (5/3)

Akron was the worst team in the conference, but not horrible. They ended up 1-7, but with 5 of those losses by less than a TD. They don't have far to go. Maybe next year they will be back in the mix.
