Topic: Trouble getting MAC tickets to Apple Wallet

Is anybody else having trouble getting their MAC championship game tickets into their Apple Wallet? I open up the email I received from Ford Field and see my tickets on the website. But I do not see any option to add my tickets to my Apple Wallet. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to add them?

To add to apple/ Google wallet, you have to be in the ticket master site or app. Won't see option in email.

Tickets do not show up for me in my Ticketmaster App. The link from the Ohiobobcats.com email works though as does my Ticketmaster login for that response. Make sure you test it out before game day.

Can't you just take a screenshot of the ticket from the website or email?

When I opened my tickets it said screenshots are not accepted.

We got an email that said the ticket office can be called until 5:00 PM if having problems with retrieving, accepting or downloading tickets. That number is 740-593-1300, option 2.

Same problem with the ticketmaster app. However the tickets show up if you download the Detroit Lions app. It's the same login as ticketmaster.
