Now who was an "island" today and who was "gilligan" My observations seem to be right on the money and it seems that yes overall as a group they played well but IMO Carrie struggled again in pass coverage  an almost 82 yard touchdown...but due to the wr being a complete fool he celebrated too early. Fletcher missed on a few tackles and so did Carrie and with Carrie fumbling one time I believe..Jackson made some nice hits coming up from his safety spot which seem to almost jar the ball loose several times. Seems like the stud in the secondary to be is Leftwhich..he is tall and smooth and the passes that I saw that where actually caught on him he was right there to make the tackle which means he can cover in space..and the two ints where really big..I believe Jackson had an int also on a tipped pass..looks like the future is bright for these guys..I still vote to move Carrie to strong safety next year when G Moore returns..but im no coach lol

Ok Carrie had two sacks so he had a decent game but I still think he would be a great strong safety

More weird bashing of TC, but OK. I thought he played fine, got beat a couple of times. I think the 80+ was on Jackson, at least according to the guys on Twitter... He also had the sack and forced fumble that was huge.

I think overall, we have potentially the strongest d-backfield we've seen in a long time. Posey, Dawson, Leftwich, Carrie, Jackson, etc... Even without Gerald Moore we are stacked! Too bad we lose a few of them next year.

From the video highlights on ohiobobcats.com, Carrie was not in coverage on the 81-yard catch then fumble. But if bobcatzblitz feels better about himself for thinking he was, sobeit.
