1.  Hueston Woods is still a pretty nice track

2.  The Bagel & Deli experience was like traveling back in time when all was right with the world and the Bagel Buggy was still churning out magic in
Athens

3.  OUr student support in Peden (and Alumni Homecoming support for that matter) now looks like
Camp Randall
comparatively speaking…

4.  Athens isn't the only place suffering from overblown A&M worship...Not only were the waitresses in B-Dub's actually wearing those horrendous jersey's but they are also displayed in more than one establishment in glass cases!  Absolutely ridiculous...

**As an aside, I have to give props where props are due...I was approached and actually congratulated on a "nice win" while waiting for my buddies in the book store after the game.  Additionally I only had to deal with one Polo wearing Fiami punk and even he was respectful...Just good clean rivalry "Ohio Sucks" kind of banter which left us both happier for the interaction...

Second most of those comments with a few added:

-- Oxford is a pain in the _ss to get to no matter where your coming from to get there. A win there though takes all the pain out of having to travel behind a farm combine at 10 mph for what seemed like 50 miles.
-- After the Miami halftime performance it really, really, really, really makes one appreciate what we have in the 110 as well as the Alumni 110 turn-out year after year. Some of the Miami color guard (featured baton twillers, riflers who were beyond embarrassing and pom-pomers could have given the "Thundering Herd" a good run for their money and as one Marshallite once said, "They don't call us the "Thundering Herd" for nothing"! Wow, and to think this was their homecoming performance !

Completely forgot to mention that!

Wow...Watching that band literally made for an uncomfortable experience...Almost felt bad for them...Almost...

My favorite part...The incomparable (announcer's words) Miami "M"...  Ridonkulous...

The road trip had a personal bonus for me...

This was the first win I've experienced watching the Bobcats live away from Peden. I was beginning to think I was a curse.
Since my freshman year in 1989, I've witnessed a tie at BG, a loss at Miami, 3 losses to OSU, 1 loss at WMU, 2 MACC losses in Detroit, and 2 Bowl losses. It felt really good to put that awful streak behind me, and especially having that happen in Yager Stadium.
