Who is our third center if Mitchell can't go on Saturday? Should Tettleton or Snyder be getting some in-game reps at QB during these blowouts?
I hate to think of us putting in a untested QB at Temple if Boo gets his bell rung and Bates is still nursing injuries.

Skyler Allen filled in for Mitchell at Miami.

They're trying to keep the redshirts on Tettleton and Snyder. With just 4 games left in the season, I can't see either of them getting reps unless an absolute emergency.

Ted, I think Skyler Allen is the starter and Mitchell backs him up. Both were dinged up at Miami. If Mitchell is out for Louisiana I am not sure who is next up at center. Since we use a shotgun type snap it may be critical.
I appreciate the staffs desire to redshirt Tettleton and Snyder. Seems somewhat risky given Boos injury history and Phil has not been at 100% in a long time.

A report from Louisiana's Thursday practice: http://www.theadvertiser.com...

***Injured UL linebackers Grant Fleming (hamstring) and Daylon McCoy (knee) and defensive linemen Jordan Topp (ankle) and Terrell Richardson (ankle) got reps during Thursday’s practice. All four starters are expected to at least contribute Saturday. Fleming and Richardson have missed two games. Topp was out last week.

***In less-positive injury news, junior strong safeties Le’Marcus Gibson (knee) and Lance Kelley (knee) are not expected to travel this weekend. Freshman Cooper Gerami, a St. Thomas More grad and Northwestern University transfer, is set to make his first college start. Redshirt freshman Winston Burnette will serve as the backup.
