Now for the REST of the story. The Post report states that six members of APD were on the scene where they took multiple statements from witnesses. Each of the accounts were different. Because each story was different they could not determine who was a fault, so no charges were filed at the scene. Thats the way I read the story posted on the home page.
The Post: "We've got obviously a whole lot of conflicting stories. I think we took seven written statements,"
Gray said. "Very few of them saw what actually precipitated the fight ... We pieced this together as best we can," he added.
No arrests have been made, Gray said, and the case now will be presented to city prosecutors.
Gray said he doubts any charges will result from the fight, as the most likely charge would be disorderly fighting, a minor misdemeanor.
Alan, was kind enough to provide us with statements/quotes from the employees of the bar.
