Save the date!

I was talking to Jamie at the Lodge Bar, and she told me they are willing to open up specifically for Bobcats and the game vs Temple.

We did the Winking Lizard last year, and it worked fine with a lot of people showing up, but we were unable to get them to pump the sound through the place. Since the Lodge is opening just for this, the game will be on all TVs and sound on.

I'll edit this with specifics (food & drink specials), and  facebook invite link as everything is set, but for now, mark the date, and start spreading the word if you may be interested in hanging out and rooting on the Bobcats.

Drink specials will be as follows:

$2 Coors Lite/Miller Lite Drafts
$3 Well Drinks
$4 Call Level Drinks (Captain Morgan, Absolut, etc...)
$3 Black Widows

 We will also have 1/2 price pizza & appetizers and $5 paninis that night.

For anyone that hasn't been down to Lodge Bar for a Game Watch I would highly encourage you to make it down.  We have several HD televisions available to watch the game on, a projector, cabins with individual televisions (2 loveseats with a coffee table and television), quality sound.  In addition, you will be showing your support to a bar that has long supported Ohio University Alumni.  I am one of the managers here and am a OU Alumni.  Lodge has donated the use of the building at no charge twice for the OU vs OSU pep rally. 

For Georgetown basketball game last year we had 250 Bobcats together at Lodge for the game.   I really hope that you will all come out & show your Bobcat Pride at Lodge on Tuesday.  I will be tending bar for you!

There is no Blue Jackets game that night, so parking should be easy to find right across the street from the bar.  It is $3 a car and there are also plenty of meters in the area.
