I'm just going to go with the notion that he was teasing Temple with the ball.

It was pretty odd, but it seems like they did it too many times for it to just be a mistake. Bates did it too. He also, oddly enough, faked the ball to a d-lineman while he was running to the right.

I believe that was by design. It was too frequent to be a mistake.

I thought it was by design also after he repeated it.

Maybe it was a mistake the first time... then it worked... it seems we're a team that likes to have fun.

My first thought was that after years of Monroe suggesting plays, they finally decided to run one of his plays. However, since the tight-end was not involved it must not have been his.

I'm pretty sure that the tight end was supposed to loop into the backfield and take those fakes into the line, acting as fullback.

I swear it confused their defense, saw #9 from Temple coming from the backside, Boo holds out the football, player stops and then Boo runs the other way for 5 yards.

It was very interesting. Would definitely know if it was planned. If it was, it seemed to have fooled some of our players also, maybe?!
I loved what the ESPN guys aid: 'That's what Boo Jackson does best' --re Boo making something out of a broken play. Well, maybe. But how the hell would this bozo know how Boo does on broken plays or the number of them that we have in any game. And is that what we look for in Boo--to create broken plays so he can show what he's got? It was a weird comment.

I also think it happened too many times to be a mistake.

Setting up our version of the BSU Statue of Liberty play down the road, perhaps?

I am glad we were able to save the "Wrong Ball" play for the MAC Championship or Bowl Game!

Maybe it wasn't Boo's fault? Maybe the tailback went the wrong way? I'm saying this because it is FACT.
