I was impressed by their quarterback.  He was drilled time after time but didn't look rattled.  Made some great throws to his recievers early.  Bad decisions late costed them the game, but he wasn't being helped much by being put into obvious passing downs.

I think he'll easily turn out to be as good as Mike Bath.

Indeed, I was very impressed with him. He had a very good game on a day when the Ohio defensive line was in his backfield all day long, leaving him no running game, not much room to operate or time, and with him taking plenty of hits. Had he not had such a good game, the score would have been much more lopsided, and would have more fully reflected Ohio's domination up front.
