Yes, is this the same guy who posted the photo last year of the daunting Temple OL and told us they were going to run all over us, or words to that effect?  I think he forgot one thing:  We are Ohio.  We are Bobcats.  And, we eat owls for lunch!

Dateline November 2009:  MH55 spent half of a month trash talking about the "unbeatable" OL that was coming across the potholed Pennsylvania Turnpike to lay a beatdown on the Bobcats. 

Friday, November 27, 2009:  MH55 and 22 other Temple fans enjoyed a Temple offense that was only slightly colder than the weather.  Around 2:00 EST they watched Bobcat fans pump our fists up and down like children do to get a semi to blow the horn.  We watched Temple's "massive, unbeatable" OL do this all game, so it looked like the right thing to do to signal victory.   At 2:05, MH55 and friends tucked their collective tails and Puddin' Pops and faced the 8 hour drive of shame back to Philly. 

Saturday, December 5, 2009:  MH55 did not go to Detroit for the MAC Championship game.  Most of us made the trip and nobody spotted a single owl at Ford Field.


I think most of us respect what Temple has done since joining the MAC.  We just don't respect you.

There was also quite a bit of false bravado on these boards prior to last year's game but only one of you stepped out from the crowd and actually put your money were your mouth was And now, the poster Pete Chouteau enjoys the prestige and veneration which accompanies his very own Temple T

since joining the MAC In 2007 Temple is 4-17 against teams finishing the season with a winning record.

2 of those 4 wins (Army and UConn) are from this year and both teams could very well fall below .500 by the end of the season, bringing the total back down to 2-17.

We're very afraid.
