Like I said a few days ago...We're just a couple freakish plays and/or turnovers from Miami being MAC East champs.  Makes me shiver.  Need to stop them here before it gets out of hand.

Can't believe how badly we have started this game, taking two timeouts on the first drive.  Getting a FG try blocked for the first time since the beginning of the season.  Bad decision making when trying to throw out of the endzone.  So far the only thing that has really gone right was our latest punt.

O line looks totally lost.  Missed fake punt may just cost us the game.

Kent State has one of the better Defensive fronts in all of mid-major football.  We will not run the ball on these guys between the tackles, and will not have much success in the drop back game.  Kent State Offense is bad.

Hershey showing poor judgement there.

I put that first fumble on the o-line, that collapsed on him pretty quickly and he couldn't get it tucked fast enough.

Whatever... that didn't keep Western from kicking the ever-loving crap out of them.

A virtual comedy of errors thus far.  Really terrible all the way around.

Western didn't spend the entire time running right at them either...

we're not running right at them.  We're faking and dancing and then letting the d - line pin their ears back.

I agree with that DCF:, but we are also calling a lot of runs up the gut.  Their pass defense has been their achilles all season, we need to hit them.

I agree but now that we are 14 points down...They're gonna be a lot less surprised by that approach.

Well if that is true, it will be a long second half, because we are not 5-7 stepping them and we are not going to run on these guys.  Other teams have beaten them by wearing their defense down by stopping the Kent O and keeping that D on the field and in bad situations, however we are not taking advantage of any opportunity we have.  :(

Boo looks scared to throw the dang ball. How about a screen pass to Harden? Great penalty by Mar. Williamson to give them the 1st instead of a difficult FG attempt. Deja vu?

he has very little time, 4 seconds is the minimum of what you want your O-line to give, and we are no where close to that.

One thing that I have not noticed anyone pick up on yet is that Frank is what 2-3 against Kent.

You can't run a srcreen pass every down, we have to be able to do some other things.  This game is going to be o.k.

I do not do this often, but what the hell are we doing trying to run up the gut over and over and over.

There was a screen pass after 5 of 6 plays run up the gut!
