This one is a total team effort, the O-Line has been hammered, we continually run at one of the best rush defenses inthe nation, we've dropped two big passes and we had a FG blocked, and we have now faked two punts that failed.  hardly a boo thing.

I can take smack talk from a Kent fan  whose team is kicking our a$$ today but not a fan from a teams whose a$$ we have kicked for the past two seasons.  You want to talk smack then do it based on your teams (Temple) performance.

You east coast people kill me. I have lived on the East Coast, West Coast and all points in between. You are some of the most closed minded people I know and some of the worst sports fans. Boo and his turnovers!  Kent's defense is outstanding.  I am not sure how Kent has not won more games this year.   Congratulations to Kent.  They appeared to be better prepared and just flat out wanted it more.  If they get the right coach, I think it is a program that could turn around fairly quickly because the cabinets are definately not bare.

 

Onto Basketball.

When you have 9 days to get ready for a football game and can't do a better job than this, it's back to the drawing board.  What a disgrace.  An opportunity wasted that you will never get back.  It's sickening, but life will go on.  Now I don't have to worry about how I'm getting to  a bowl game 'cause I'm not likely to go.

Another reason to hate Temple even more.  It's time to send those "one sport in the conference" carpet baggers to independent status.  (I stole the carpet baggers comment from the Miami board)

For the record I don't post on other schools boards.  I read and that's it.

Guess a rematch of some sorts in December we we play you in basketball right?

Please don't base all of your opinions about Temple fans on the few that have appeared here.  

The few people that actually log on to discuss sports on our website are all passionate, much like you are here, and we have a few that are insane... much like any fan website will have.

In general, you won't see the majority of our fans here to talk smack - knowing that you've owned us on the gridiron the last two seasons.  Maybe next season we'll get to play you before November, and Bernard Pierce might have a leg to stand on.... until then, I'll have to settle for a shot at you on the court on December 22.

Either way, hopefully we both get bowl invites, and we both smash a Big East or Big Ten squad in our bowl games.

Tough loss today, live to fight another day.  Happy Holidays.
