The AP prediction list just out will get widespread attention in many papers tomo morning.  They have Ohio in the first bowl game, the New Mexico Bowl, against BYU.  Great game to bring all the wives.

Is this the same New Mexico Bowl that supposedly has Army as an alternate so it cannot be available to the MAC?  I'll wait until Saturday to believe we're in...

Army has already accepted a bid to the Armed Forces Bowl.

The New Mexico is supposed to be a WAC vs. MWC bowl. The WAC has 4 bowl elgible for 4 bowls so Fresno State as it has done the last 2 years will be playing in it this time against BYU. Even if La Tech becomes eligible allowing Boise State to trade up to the Sun or Las Vegas Bowl a WAC school will still be playing there probably La Tech because  each league has to fill its tie ins.

Ok...so again a supposedly savvy news organizaton...the AP has it wrong in regards to Ohio and the new Mexico Bowl.  I can't believe these news outlets are this sloppy with the projections.
