Other than Frank, as a coach if you have a winning season or two in the MAC, you leave for greener pastures. Pretty amazing how others look at the MAC for their head coaches.

Miami, Pittsburgh, Kansas, San Diego State, Cincinnati, Minnesota, the list goes on-lately, it's accelerating it seems. Wake Forest-Missouri-Florida(last year), and many older ones

Which means we will continue to draw (in basketball and football) good young coaches looking to make their mark. What we have to do now is get them to play MAC teams ONCE they move up. How about a standard escape clause in all MAC coaches contracts that if they leave for a BCS school they MUST schedule 3 games against MAC schools in the next 5 years. And one of those must be in the MAC team's stadium. Seriously, they attach money, why not scheduling.
