Kid knows his stuff. You can tell he's excited. He wasn't just assigned to this game. It isn't 1 of 10 other games for him. Already knows his stuff. He was talking about CJ being under Nathan and Kurtis, his time in the offense despite not starting, both coaches coming from the Solich tree.

Scholze really brings up a good point, by getting that Dec 30 game they essentially get another "spring" out of it. This extra time is huge, not only for CJ, but it's a 'month' of practices, a month of reps for some of the young guys, a month of chances to get better. (a month to keep guys out of the portal)
