Fun Fact:
QB Tyhier Tyler has more rushing yards than passing yards.

He also has more rushing TD than COMPLETED PASSES.

Did he end the season with the fewest passes attempted, as did Mr. Wilson at OHIO during the Grove Era? I thought that epitomized our option offense of that period better than any other stat!

I'm "Go Army" all the way.

My brother was in the 1st Armored in West Germany.

But,you really had to feel for Navy, especially #34.

The way both teams played,I'd have been happy if the game ended as a tie, after regulation.

While, I'm surprised, I can see the reasoning. What would BA be saying about an OHIO coach that had this record: "Navy finished the 2022 season with a 4-8 record by losing to Army in double-overtime on Saturday. Navy also went 4-8 in 2021, had a 3-7 record in 2020 and had a 3-10 record in 2018." Despite his earlier record at the USNA, the trend line was in decline. If this was the record of an OHIO coach for the last four years, the natives would be very restless!

knew he struggled last 2 years. give him pass for 20. didn’t realize 2018 was so bad. so guess makes sense. sure the rb that fumbled is even more upset than he was in saturday. though not his fault.

I personally think he would have turned it around, given his record previous to the decline of the last four (excluding 2020, which doesn't count in my book). However, I'm sure the USNA superintendent, the admirals and the guys in the fleet weren't happy. Strange thing, if that fumble hadn't occurred and Navy had won that game, that might have saved his job. When you're a coach your job sometimes hangs in the balance over things you have little control of -- like Saul Phillips and the injury to Tony. That doesn't happen, and he's probably still our basketball coach.

No surprise, he had a lot of time 15 years. His early success was built off the back of PJ who left the program in great shape. Coach Ken is a great guy, but he knew this was coming. The Academies take the Commander and Chiefs Trophy seriously. And it’s been a while since Navy has sniffed it.

One winning season in the past five years and 2-4 against Army in the last six games. After the run of dominance they had, it's just not good enough.

Also, he and the AD were at odds since last season when the AD fired Ken's OC without talking to Ken first.
