I like the last one. Too many guys start showboating before they actually score. Up to now, it only cost their team 15 on the PAT or the kickoff -- not such a big deal if you're just concerned about getting six for yourself. But if it takes away the TD, they might think twice...or even once.
I wish the NCAA would lighten up a little on end zone celebrations, though. Last year, a team got 15 because the mascot hugged a player who just scored. C'mon.
