Enough with the discussion, where the same points keep getting made. Let's see how people feel. Of course, the decision has already been made, but we'll find out later how what was actually done lines up with the all-knowing BA. ;)

I vote wait a year. I'm still not sold on recruiting but I also don't want to see anything resembling a lame duck year.

When I make a poll, I try to make a broad enough selection of answers such that everyone has one that at least approximates their view.

One of the top 3 most inane surveys published on BobcatAttack.com. (The other two were from OCF.)

This list is quite chaotic.

More inane than this one, where none of the options involved retaining TA?

I'm sorry if there aren't any answers that reflect your opinion. I tried to include options that reflected all the opinions I have seen posted, with the resulting another poster called the list of choices "chaotic". The choices do span a wide variety, from going cheaper to moving his wage up to #3 in the MAC.

So far, it seems like a pretty even split. Eleven want to do nothing yet, and eleven want to extend his contract a year by some amount with a small raise. At the extremes, two want him replaced with someone cheaper, and one wants to give him a big raise.
