No.  Most would rather there be 50 long threads about the stupidity in columbus.

Seems like there's only a few OHIO here.

p.s.  i paid for my season ticket renewal yesterday.  good call.

DCF, it's kinda entertaining and does not disturb me to see the events and consequences in columbus.

And I goof a lot on this board.

But I'm 100% serious on this:  It's embarrassing.  The football threads have become like a columbus place.  Have we no pride in, and love of, OUr BOBCATS?!!!  Is it not arguable that we are on the verge of a hallmark season?  Do we not appear to have a lot of talent?  Are there not, thus, issues to discuss (see my thread-start elsewhere here stating a few)?

Enough of the columbumblings.  It's time for O-H-I-O.

I wonder if I can even divert attention away from 'that school up north' to get someone, anyone to witness?  Can I get a second?

p.s. bonus answer to my questions:  YES, THIS IS THE WINNING TEAM!

The video about post 09 included a bit about returning seniors being the winningest group in many years.  Is Ohio still building in this regard or did 2010 set this back?   How many wins do the 2011 seniors have notched vs the 2010 preseason?

There's been so much about O$Who on this board because, thankfully, there's been so little news out of Athens.  No coaches passed out in cars.  No players in brawls at Courtside.  No mascots beating down on other mascots (although that may be worth seeing again....but I digress).  I've been ready for the upcoming season since the horrid first half of the NO Bowl.  Can't wait to see Brazill, Keller, Moore, Hershey and the rest on Peden's grass for real.

Since we are all ready for next year to start it would be great to at least get some news about the summer workouts.
Surely Jason could feed us with some news; who's in town who's not, any new players, injury updates from spring etc.

I never did get involved much with the threads about the circus in Columbus. It's pretty common sense what has been going on there for many, many years. As many of you know, I would be the first to comment on that overrated dump. That said, not my school and I follow them about as little as I look for updates on New Hampshire, Florida, BYU, etc. I didn't even know Richard Pryor threw vest boy under the bus again until I was up there last week for the state track championships.

That video got the hair on my neck standing up DOC! I am so ready for this 2011 Campaign I can't stand it!

I would love to know where Brazill and Keller stand in conditioning, DB's progress and QB race? Hell, I want to know it all.

I just can't get enough info. I guess that is part of the excitement bro.

Yeah.....me too.

I loved the segment where Turner knocks the helmet off of the Temple receiver and Renfro catches it.

While I'm never going to apologize for piling on A&M (mostly bc I've predicted eventual implosion in C-Bus in the past and been lambasted by many of our dual loyalty members) I believe my other posts have disclosed my level of Bobcat enthusiasm.  I can honestly say I'm looking forward to this season more than any previous...

We are on the precipice of realizing what was envisioned on 12/16/2004 and the best part is the program is really just getting rolling.  The recruiting has been amazing, the facilities have already improved leaps and bounds (not to mention the incoming IPF) and the graduation rates are rock solid.  This is the year that the results on the field light a fire under the student support...

Go OHIO!!!!

I am looking for the potential similar BSU 2008 Top 25 run only with a better ending and the beginning of sustained success in the MAC.

Never was I any kind of a fan of that team up north. Always a Bobcat, win lose, or tie. There is nothing like college football especially when you can sit close enough to smell the game. Game day in Athens is unequalled...as long as it is not too cold to tailgate.

The answer would be if you are looking over a 4 year period 1 less from 06-09 going to 07-10.

9-6-4-9 vs. 6-4-9-8

Has anyone seen odds from a legitimate bookmaker on us winning the MAC, going to a bowl, etc.? I'm going to Vegas in a couple weeks, and I don't think I could look myself in the mirror if I don't throw down some cash on a successful season, but I'm not sure if I can find a sportsbook offering the bet.

OK, however, over the past three it is 19 vs 21 and the last two would be 13 vs 17.  Point being Ohio has the momentum.  Ohio is due. I am hoping the seniors are setting some goals.  Would be nice for a class to rewrite history.  Ohio has had 10 win seasons, never an 11.

Ask about this again in two years. I believe that 6 and 4 will be replaced by at least 17 wins,  and rather than 28 wins over four years you will be looking at a minimum of 34, erasing the record from last year by a wide margin.

Solich has had 3 winning seasons, 1 .500 season  and 2 losing seasons in Athens.  Consider what this program looked like before he arrived and it is amazing how far this program has come in 6 seasons.

Two things remain for Frank to accomplish are a MAC Championship and a bowl win.

Ohio is the top football program in the east division during Frank's tenure at Ohio.

Do  coaches dream of undefeated seasons? if so, perhaps Coach FS has three things remaining on his check off list!
