Over the past week or so, all of those "watch lists" have been coming out. As a conference, the MAC has been doing okay. What surprises me though is that not a single Bobcat has been mentioned yet. This team is loaded and should have at least one or two guys on these lists.

I of course agree with you that we are one of the most talented teams in the MAC and deserve to have some dudes on these lists. However, Keller and Brazill are our most well known players and some don't even know that they are returning.
Plus, I kinda like having our best players flying under the radar. I think it gives them more incentive to put together a great season individually. Brazill in particular was given so many accolades in 2009 and preseason 2010 but started the season looking flat. Of course, he had some knee injuries and the QB situation was a mess...but still. I'd love to see him start camp with a chip on his shoulder.

Another consideration is the level of depth we have means that nobody is picking up the same level of snaps as some of the other schools around the conference. That was what Temple football was about the last 2 or 3 years some great individual performers making an entire team look good against the lessor performing MAC teams.

Ditto.
Some of the major watch lists (like Butkus) don't come out until August.
