I think it's a fair question. Which team do fans hate the most? Temple has tried to make a case as being our most hated rival, but I can't imagine any team ever taking Miami's place. It is interesting to see that a few people went with the Owls, though. I think maybe Marshall should have been an option now that we're playing them again every year, although I still think Miami would win with ease.

People might have voted for Temple just because we respect Miami. I can't say the same for Temple.

Let me summarize the poll results so far:

Temple is an Oxford Tech wannabe but can't quite make the grade.  One must admit, though, that in just a few short years in the MAC they've make great strides.  I think they at least deserve the coveted Most Improved Suckage (MIS) Award.

Looks like former mauling Herd DE John Youboty had so much fun feasting on Bobcats in the 2009 Little Ceasar's Bowl he has requested a transfer to the "]['emple Owls to play in the 2011 scuffle. Of course, the NCAA has granted him this request.Look out Mr Bate's

what you fail to mention is that Youboty transferred to Temple because Marshall, and reportedly several other schools, would not give him medical clearance because of his spinal condition. Apparently Temple was the only team that would clear him to play.

I understand your frustrations.  Amazingly, looks like "]["emple loses 2 NFL'ers from its defensive front and actually becomes more imposing. Meanwhile, oHIo cant keep its down lineman out of the infirmary or away from the nighlty melees on Court St, evidently appropriately named.
