Trust me, you're not the only one who would like one.  Im surprised that Russell doesn't make shirts like that available at the bookstores.  Im pretty underwhelmed at what Russell has to offer in terms of apparel for sale

My understanding is that Russell does not design the graphics for the shirts.  That is handled by the equipment manager and also coaches and player input year-to-year.

The BLEED GREEN shirt is as cool as they come!!!
