For the record: I started this long-overdue scholarship drive six months ago.  So far we've raised about $4,000 of the $15,000 we need to make it an endowed scholarship.  Jeff's younger brother, Don, who lives in Columbus and teaches at a high school there, set up the Facebook page.  Don, like his brother, is a graduate of Parkersburg High School.
