What was that huge sound reverberating thru Southern Ohio last night?

I think it was the sound of The Ohio University football program turning the corner in the Fightin Frankies football machine.

Most dominating performance of an Ohio football team?

Best  Ohio football team since my "68" bunch?

Best Ohio football team ever?

The above questions are of course debatable but I guess the 2 words to remember would be "stay tuned".


It did stifle the angst of those Ohio fans who after the first half still believed we would find a way to lose.

It did revive a rivalry that should be good for both teams. 

It did boost the confidence of  OUr sophomore quarterback.
 

To me those were 3 of the most important things. There were others including kicking the arse of all those Herd flamers....but maybe the most important factor could bode well for the future. Recruits follow team success and I'm sure they heard that sound as well.....from Cally to South Beach.
