It's a torrent file. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torrent_file

You need a program like www.utorrent.com/ to download the actual video.

Download uTorrent. Then download Burke's torrent file. Open his file with utorrent and it should start downloading the video automatically.

Which file? The .torrent "OHIO_MARSHALL.torrent" from the mediafire link or the .m4v "OHIO_MARSHALL.m4v" that you get after you finish downloading the torrent?

If you can't get the torrent to open, you need to download a client like http://www.utorrent.com/. That program will allow you to use Burke's torrent file and download the actual video of the game (the .m4v).

If the actual .m4v won't open I recommend downloading a new video player. VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ is free and will play just about anything.
