What is the status of Travis Carrie? Concussion? Any idea how long he will be out? Will Harden be back next week? Any other injuries I'm not aware of today? Lots of questions on my end - any answers from the board?

Good that we are getting Jeff King back. Tremayne Scott appeared to have an upper body injury. Hopefully he can go against Kent too

#4 Leftwich has a torn labrum in his hip but seems to be giving it a go I would watch his progress though seems to be very painful..Noah Keller is playing hurt also and seems to have lost a step..even though pass coverage is not his strong point. Still cant figure out why we didnt double Sanu...but any team that puts a big athlete in the slot like that will give Ohio trouble until Coach Burrow puts a bigger athelete in there maybe he will finally start playing #5 Leftwich since he hasnt really been given a shot..this guy had a GREAT fall camp when he was healthy...I think we need his size in the secondary sooner than later.

After watching Sanu, does anybody out there think that Phil Bates could line up nearly every play in the slot and create mismatches and produce big numbers?

Was thinking that very thing...This Coaching staff is great about learning from what they see against...I'd expect to see that featured more moving forward...

I'm still waiting for the staff to Bates' skills to consistent, effective use. Hasn't happened yet this year.

Definitely agree that Bates as a wide receiver should be a huge threat.
But who ya gonna sit so that he gets field time?

Terrific point. Frank and crew are never too proud to learn from the guys on the other sideline.

I hate Sanu. Not only did he beat us single handedly but his stupid knee had to take out our best DB.
