A database error at DirecTV caused the STO feed of the BSU game to be blacked out in some parts of Ohio.  The only way to get it was through Gameplan, at a cost of $25.  I complained to both DTV and STO, and DTV has acknowledged its error and credited my account.  If you have STO as part of your basic package and had to pay for the BSU game through Gameplan, contact DTV for a credit to your account.  I have an e-mail from them and STO explaining the problem if you need it.
