Stand up and Cheer! Co-workers are probably wondering why I'm wearing black today.  Students, is there a buzz on campus today?

Stepping out of the Court St Diner, I would qualify it more as dignified remorse

I've got my OHIO polo on and have my OU flag hanging up here at work in the common area today before I leave at 3pm for Athens.

There's a slight buzz from the students.  A lot of them are saying that they won't go because of "school work" (what ever that is :P) but i feel like there is going to be a pretty good student attendance especially with the forecasting looking like a crisp, dry game.

I'll let Utah State's student section say what I think:

The bar owners are planning on a packed house in every bar.

Most of my friend's weekends start on Wednesday, so schoolwork isn't an issue....  All I know is that I bought the last thing of green paint at College Bookstore, and Facebook/Twitter is buzzing right now.

As much as I would love to have all of those students go to the actual game half a mile down the road, school spirit is school spirit. I'll take what's offered.

In an attempt to appease the gods of football and irony, I am currently watching Sanford and Son.

Thought about wearing a black suit tonight. Decided on windpants and a black club shirt from college. I don't like carrying an untested rifle into battle, but it's the blackest Ohio outfit I could come up with.

Ohhhhh, MH55 may have just been accidentally helpful: I was leaning toward Labatt Blue for my in game hydration, but some Old English might do nicely (i'd of course really really prefer to get bit by the Cobra, but I have the toughest time finding it in Western New York)

MH, why Redd Foxx?  He apparently has no connection with Philly, other than maybe that's where the IRS office that harassed him for most of his life might have been located.  Or maybe one of his four wives was from there.  Or maybe he mentioned Philly in one of his profanity-laden Vegas club acts.  Just wondering why.
