There's an interesting subject line to a thread on the Temple board, but when I click on it, I'm asked to give a credit card number and join Yahoo sports (aka Rivals.com).  I don't want to ante up. Does anyone here have access to this board and can summarize what's being said in the "Out-Soliched Again" thread?  I'd appreciate it.  Thanks.

I did the same thing. Opted to read for free at OwlScoop - Cherry and White.

I enjoyed the thread "We don't belong in a BCS conference."

My personal favorite is the thread titled "Coach Daz gambled and lost ..." where the OP states that the coach lost the game by playing Coyer.  He is getting absolutely crushed by everyone over there for that.

Thanks, OldCat, I didn't know there was another way around the horn.

What? I could see arguing that he lost the game by not starting Coyer, but for playing him? Huh? Without Coyer the game would not have been close.

I visit their site occassionally.  Stupid as that post was, at least they care as you can see by the response it received.  As opposed to our friends in Oxford where there were more people on the Miami message board last night than there were in the stands.  As far as Temple posters go, they are leaning on the officiating as the reason for the loss versus their sieve like defense.  As much as we dislike MH55, I would miss them if they leave the MAC.  They are becoming our best rival in football, they are fun to hate and I like our winning percentage versus them.

Medina, don't count me as one of those that "dislike" MH55. I love the guy. His posts rival that of Bagdhad Bob at the beginning of the Iraq War. He's worth his weight in gold in entertainment value alone.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with you. I find it amusing he is banned from the Temple board but continues to stir the pot here.\

Someone please post the Closer Look highlight on their board that clearly shows LaVon's hand under the ball when he comes down...

As far as Harden.. if you're going to argue that was taunting, then you should probably pull Tettleton's points from his TD off the board as well because he dove too.. and he probably could have made it by just lowering his shoulder.

There's no way you can say what Donte was thinking on that play... he very well may have thought he was about to get caught.. I've never ran for a 60 yard score (or 60 yards period for that matter).. but I'd have to imagine it's scary as hell to see the End Zone and think there are guys right behind you... I'd dive 100 out of 100 times in that situation...  If he turned around and did a Chris Garrett backflip then that's another story....
