Just saw an article on Philly.com that Pierce did not fly home last night with the rest of the Owls. He was admitted for overnight observation as a result of the hit in the head he took towards the end of the game. Article further states that he was released today and was returning to Philly with the Owls Team Doctor and the Doctor's wife. It was apparent that Pierce was definitely woosy from the hit at the time and certainly hope it was nothing serious. The guy is a stud but he does seem to have some issues staying healthy.

Did he stay overnight in O'Bleness?

He was probably surprised when they treated his concussion by scoping his ACL.

Just a little alternative medicine down by the Hocking.
