nope, we are.  At the bottom on the schedule it says ESPN

It has been known this game would be on TV since February.

At that point it was to be a selection between ESPN2 or ESPNU.  As a result of the lockout (Wednesday is an NBA window on ESPN), it was bumped up to ESPN or ESPN2.  Apparently they've (very recently, as in last 24 hours), decided BG / Ohio is a bigger game than WMU / Miami, and gave it the better of the two slots.

Just a note on the last ESPN2 vs Fiami game... When they showed the graphic of upcoming games during the game last night, below the Fiami game I could have sworn it said ESPN or ESPN2, not just ESPN2. So maybe yet another ESPN game, depending on the NBA lockout and/or how critical to the title the game will be.

OU-Fiami is the only game that night.  My guess is that if it's for the East title, it'll be on ESPN; if the Cats have it wrapped up, it'll be on the Deuce.

I'm thinking despite the visit from ESPN...the BG stands will be just as bare and embarassing as CMU's were.  Let's hope for some creative camera work.

Judging by the crowd at Tuesday's BG game, there will be more players on the OU sideline than butts in the seats (not counting the band).

The ESPN or ESPN2 in the graphic refers to the BG game -- the white highlight on the graphic is ESPN's variant on an asterisk after something -- the fine print, if you will, at the bottom corresponds with the highlighted line.



Miami game will not get a bump up, as ESPN has the Maui Invitational that night (unless NCAA basketball gets locked out).
