I've put in bold the ones above that seem problematic to me.  Ball State is improving, and I think they at least cover, if not win outright.  Oxford Tech can find new ways to suck on a weekly basis, and WMU is a good program this year having both a three-point win and a three-point loss to a BCS program this year.   Army is horrible this year, but Temple is Temple.

One thing to keep in mind, as much as everyone talks about Toledo and NIU in the West, Ball St. actually controls their own destiny too. Their 2 games left are with NIU AND Toledo. If by some chance Ball St. finds it within them to win both, THEY will win the West.

So Ball St has something to play for this weekend. If I were a betting man(and I'm not) I'd be taking Ball St to cover.

Well, it is true that the recruiting classes under Hoke were as good any classes in the MAC, and those guys from 2008-2009 are Juniors and Seniors now, so Ball State should have the talent to compete with anyone.
