The Huskies got votes in this week's USA Today poll.  Seems like every time a MAC school has gotten votes in that poll this season they lost the next game.

I sure don't see the Huskies going down to BSU.  Huskies by at least two scores, probably more!

If BallS beats NIU but loses to Toledo, Toledo wins the West, right? (Assuming Toledo doesn't lose to CMU).

How do you have 459 yards(even with 2 turnovers)in a half and only have only 14 points.  I've been watching the BB game so this is new to me.

Tracker shows 293 yds at half. Not sure if we are talking about NIU vs Ball State.

This thread (for some reason) reminds me of a post that I saw prior to our win against Georgetown on VolNation (Tennessee, obviously.)    The original poster made the wild claim that OU would win and not a soul agreed with him...they came around at halftime bewildered.  Pataskala, you are looking like a genius at this point.  However, there is another half to play and anything can happen in football.

Some say I'm a prophet.  Others say I'm a loss.

If BSU wins, I'm not a genius...just someone who is begging the AP poll not to give the Cats any votes until after the bowl game.

Close but no cigar for BSU.

Now who would you like to see in the MACC from the West?  I'm going for Toledo.  I think we match up against them better and we are waaaaaay overdue to beat them.  I don't think it's happened since I was in school.

I don't care who's in it from the West.  I just want the East rep to be wearing Green & White.

Well, ESPN has gotten a ton of good games the last couple weeks. Only the NIU -BG came was lopsided, I think.

They also had Akron-Fiami (35-3).  But the past few weeks have shown, I think, that the MAC is becoming a more balanced league.  Lots of close games; some traditional patsies are playing a lot tougher.  I hope it's a sign that the MAC is elevating on the whole.

As long as NIU beats Eastern Michigan, it will be the Huskies.

Yeah, at this point it is about 98% certain NIU will be in Detroit.

Agree-instead of just 1 dominant team-see CMU a few years back-there are 6-7 pretty good teams.  More wins versus BCS schools and Akron getting better will seal it.
