This is a much better Drive than the one I typically think of, The Drive....this helps exorcise some deamons, but not all of them. Nice piece.

Great video yet again from Evan & Company. We're lucky to have them at OhioBobcatsTV. Also, I really hope that UMass doesn't have an annoying clown in their fan base. Brings down the whole fanbase.

Great video. I'm sure no one will be surprised to hear me say it, but any successful clock eating drive starts with the guys up front. This one was no exception. I hardly saw any blocks that weren't good, with the exception of TT getting flushed out of the pocket at 1:14, on the play he completed to Thompson. On this reply, I'll suggest a couple plays that you can watch again, but this time, instead of watching the ballcarrier, watch the big guys up front:

1. I love the off (left) tackle play at 3:32 - Allen gets outside the DT (somehow) and seals him to the inside, while Strum has the DE in never-never land, and Carlotta makes the LB vanish, allowing Harden to get a big gain.

2. A personal favorite of mine has always been trap plays. You will find a perfectly executed one at 4:44 - Allen and Herman drive the DT's to the left, and Carlotta comes across behind them and buries some linebacker who tried to fill the hole, and then later on you see TT finally catch up to Flading, who has his man 10 yards downfield.

       I don't post much on here but read all the horse**** you write, therefore I am "glad" you got to see the video of "The Drive"!!!!!!!   As a matter of fact replay it over and over again and enjoy!!!!

Like others here when I hear or see "the drive" it makes me cringe.   I will relish thinking of this as THE DRIVE.

Hmm.  Watching that fine video, the drive was indeed a thing of beauty.

All I remember from watching it live is being nervous and agonizing.  Didn't then appreciate the solidness of it.

I like the way that our guys weren't too excited after the ball split the uprights.  The goal is not merely to win the East.
