In my last posting I mentioned that we will be facing two good QB's.  Well we did make the BG QB better than he really is.  Now we are facing maybe the best passer in the league.  A team that throws 60-70% of the time.  In the BG game I can only think of 2 times thaqt we blitzed.  Thank god for the second one.  Now what are we going to do against this team from southwest Ohio.  I am really concerned!!  We were fortunate to score one more point, against BG to win, but now we are going to be faced against a better defensive team.  If we do not change our defensive principles in this game the results may be different.

                                              THUMP THE REDHAWKS

Then we get to look forward to the second best QB in the league in Detroit.  Then I really will be concerned..  That later

OUr boys are going to make 6 seven minute drives smashing the leather down their throats so let the interception machine ZD have the ball the other times.  Watch the RedChicken 2010 Homecoming video to see Zach throw and OUr boys catch em.

More Concerned, you concern me.  Actually I might be concerned if Miami played it's best QB.  ZD hardly a big win in his career and AB all he did was win.  The coaching staff doesn't know that talent does not trump being victorious.  MACC MVP rides the pines--what a travesty a true waste of talent but good for the opponents of the RedChickenHearteds.

Last year Dysert passed for 332, but, produced only 13 points.  So this year he is the best passer in the MAC, but, has only four wins to show for it.  Sorry, this game is in Athens and Miami will need more than what they have shown so far.  OUr seniors have not lost to Miami, theirs have not beaten Ohio.  I believe the Ohio seniors have a list with Beat Miami on it.  I do believe the Miami game is personal to the players.

I think BGSUcks did so well against us because they had at least two extras days for prep & rest.  They played a home game on 11/8 while the Cats were at CMU on 11/10.  Made for a VERY short week for the Cats.  For tomorrow night, however, both Fiami and OU will have the same prep time (they both played last on 11/16), so they won't have the edge that BGSUcks had.  Plus, I saw a Dayton Daily News piece lamenting about Fiami's undersized O line and the fact that they've given up 18 more sacks than they've gotten:
