We are hearing the bowl in St. Petersburg and likely against Pitt, USF or other Big East team.
Might not be Big Least. St. Pete gets the 6th pick of BL teams and the BL only has four now. The Pitt-'Cuse winner will make five (with the loser being ineligible for a bowl), so that means either USF will have to win at home vs. WVU (could be, especially if WVU is deflated after the Pitt win) or UConn will have to win at Cincy (doubt it). Both WVU & Cincy will be playing to tie Louisville for the top spot in the BL, with WVU getting the BCS bid in a 3-way tie (I think) because of the league's tiebreakers. A 6-6 Big Tedozen team or FIU (8-4) seems likely.
