We blew a 20 point halftime lead in the MAC Championship.

We have a right to be pissed.


Haven't won a MAC Championship since 1968 and we blow a 20 point lead. We choked the entire second half. Our offense play calling was horrible. Our defense fell to sleep. Weller and Hershey make crucial mistakes.

We had an outside chance at Top 25 if we won out and we blow the game today.

We have a right to be pissed and I don't care how I come across.

We were up 20-0 at the half and we let them beat us. No, coordinators need fired over this. Our players played well but the coordinators screwed us. ALBIN, NEVER STOP YOU IDIOT!!!!!!

AGREED...nothing wrong with being pissed.  I love Solich, I love our team but I'm PISSED!!!  I'm tired of going to Detroit and losing and this one really hurt because we had it won.  I can hardly express myself right now....absolutely beside myself....had I not witnessed it, I wouldn't believe it.  

Furthermore, don't EVER compare Ohio or Ohio fans to anything Marshall....that's more classless than anything you'll see on this board tonight!

The players had their say in this disaster as well. The deep ball from Brazill was underthrown, field goal pushed right, missed tackles. They should not escape without blame as well.

DUDE are you an idiot?? The players played a HELL of a game each team made its share of mistakes but our offensive play calling stopped after halftime. Point Blank. Brazill was open after the dropped td but lets run 5 qb draws directly into the defensive tackles arms.

I have said on here the coaches didn't play to win in the first half (no timeout before punt), but to absolve the players is wrong as well. First drive of the game, throw into double coverage, lost points there...

Sure - bad play by this player here, that player there - but Consistently Deplorable offensive play calling, and Pathetic clock mgt by coaching staff beginning with the last minute of H1, and then for The Entire H2 is Inexcusable!

I don't disagree, but bad play by this player here, that player there also caused a game that was begging to be taken to be lost. Players are too often treated with kid gloves around here.

I don't excuse any player issues. The offensive play calling/clock mgt issues though were for an Entire Half of play (plus last minute H1)!
