I wouldn't expect Carl to lure too many Ohio coaches.  To move from Ohio to FAU it would have to be a promotion, like a position coach moving up to coordinator.

Nebraska is also now looking for a DC, so that's another worry.  Ohio lost Els to Nebraska last season.  I'd be surprised if Bo Pelini poached Burrow, but you never know.

Speaking of Defensive Coordinators, former Bobcat DC Tim Deruyter will be looking for a position.  Tough season, but I think he is a pretty solid coach for teams who want to use a 3-4 defense.
