No Rourke. No Jacoby. No Wiglusz.

I suspect Albin will call about 40 passes today.

LIU prime for an "upset".
Rourke on 10 day concussion protocol.
This is just silliness. What was all the X-ray talk about? ESPN+ reporting that Rourke was out with "lower body" injury.

Offense looks awful in the second half. Last three drives...downs, interception, punt.

Favored by 34.5, won by 17. Sounds about right.

I guess I should just be happy that we won and move on.
It doesn't make me confident, but let's just be happy and move on.

However, I LOVE the fact they actually knew their QB's were limited and therefor limited their QB. Bangura will be a 1500 yard rusher for Maryland next season. Why we don't let him churn out 20+ carries every week is wild. Albin usually has Harris throw it more than Rourke. Now we got to see Navarro come in and do some good things with the ball. 12/15 for 3 TD is great against anybody. That INT was tipped and batted around.

I'll gladly take a clock churning 200 rushing day over the alternative.

Happy to see a W considering 70% of the offense was watching in shorts.

How we have no idea what is wrong with our POY QB remains baffling.

What is wrong with Wigs? Not sure I ever caught the injury with Jacoby either.

Well, it was Reghi so you have to take whatever he says with a grain of salt.
Seems like we're always one injury at QB away from a mediocre season. The backups are usually one-dimensional (i..e., running) and the opposition usually puts nine or ten in the box. Navarrow recognized that three a nice pass to Mason Williams (aka, Classical Gas>) for the TD, but otherwise LIU pretty much shut down our offense over the last 20 minutes or so. All in all, though, the game went pretty much as expected.

Looks like we had just one serious injury (Adonis Williams). Any others?

Albin just playing games. Agree it was unnecessary. No leg injury -- Rourke himself explained that he was knocked out cold for a few seconds and flunked the concussion exam.

Tough-luck player of the game had to be Allison, with the LIU D-Line meeting him at the line of scrimmage on just about every carry. And the 2 times he had enough of a hole for a run of 10-plus yards? Gains were called back for holding.

This looked like not much contact and it looked like a leg injury. He looked very frustrated being carted off. It feels like it could be an ACL.

FWIW, San Diego state is having a little trouble with Idaho state tonight, but it’s early.

I, for one, am glad to see player safety being treated as a priority.

Anyone have any idea about the reason for the apparent construction near the southeast corner of the end zone?

It looks like it is just a place to park food trucks.

Chick-Fil-A coming to Peden on a new spectator deck but materials for completion on a 2 month delay. Can’t wait for 2024! BTW, water will be available again then, too.
