I have a feeling, judging from Goofey's outfit that they picked it at random. I am sure if Fiami raised a fuss they might get something out of it.

Does this mean that Miami has to cut slots in the sides of their helmets to allow their ears to hang out?  I imagine they hurt all crumbled up inside of those things.
