UMass east, BGSU west, as I expected.

I'm intrigued by the statement that there are no more protected cross-over games because i wasn't aware that any existed.  Would this have been UT - BGSU; which is no longer a cross-over, of course?

Looks like we swapped (cross divisional games) BG & Ball State for Western & Northern Ill...I'll take that!

Are any teams conspicuously absent from this? The AP seems to be right on top of things...

Maybe they think we're in a league of our own.

According to the Richmond Times Dispatch, Ohio is no longer a part of the Mid-American Conference.  Maybe we are being switched to the Big 10/12 so Michigan can actually play Ohio and an Ohio team who is eligible to play in a Bowl.

UMASS is probably ahead of where Temple was when Temple joined the MAC!

Agreed UMass is pretty bad FCS team. They will probably beat half this conference though, same teams Ohio's been padding their win totals for 30 years....

55, truelly, Temple should be proud of the talent they assembled for this season.  That they have an athlete with the cred to leave early for the league is great.   I am proud of all the MAC bowl teams and am glad Ohio is one.  The trick will be to sustain and perhaps even make a gain or two going forward.  If Temple can sustain after losing six OL, both TEs and two WRs from the two deep they will really show that they have built something.  Ohio looks to have roster players capable of exceding what the 2011 group achieved if new leaders step up and takes over.

Fixed that for you...

You must be referencing the same teams that "]["emple has rolled all along as well, resulting in the dominating records that have vaulted them into an AQ conference...

Oh wait...That move is still Imminen"]["

"]["emple is planning their future, I assure you that. Right now, the Owl is content reaping most of the MAC's press for Football while maintaining our alliance with the A10 for basketball. We are not satisfied being forced to play MAC BB games when we have a national product that nets attractive television interest.

We really belong in the Big East but if thats not to be I would guess we will join the CUSA configuration.

If I was a Bobcat fan, and specifically a regular reader of Bobcat Attack, I would wonder where the interesting and debate will come from when "]["emple exits. I peruse this board from time to time and it seems your MAC brethren care less about MAC teams, rivalries and developments as your average unemployed Ohioan. Geez, nobody even goes to MAC games and of those that do, it seems like more than half leave at halftime...

Munny can call me all the silly names his chick pea can conjure but, my opinion is fact.

Where, oh where will the interesting come from?

First topic: interesting is now a noun.  Discuss.
