So much has been said about the last quarter or so of the Tater Bowl but I'm not sure if the significance of the goal line stand in the 1st quarter has been discussed.  That defensive stand amounted to a five-point swing in Ohio's favor.  If USU had scored a TD, they would've been up 7-0.  T-Squared's safety, would've never happened.  So, all else being equal, USU would've led 14-0 after the 1st Q, instead of 9-0.  That could've made the final 28-24 USU.  It was a big play at the time, made to seem less significant by the safety, but ultimately might have made the difference.

Very big play and showed that Ohio was here to play. But hard to overshadow the 4th down call..throw and catch by Tim ALbin..TT...Lavon...WOW I still watch replays.

Considering their running back, that was a sick goal line stand.  I'd say it was underrated as a big play.
